Psychological Strategy Board files, 1951-1953.

The Psychological Strategy Board was composed of the under secretary of state, the deputy secretary of defense, and the director of Central Intelligence. It reported to the National Security Council. A director headed a small permanent staff. The PSB planned psychological operations and coordinated their implementation by the concerned government agencies.
